‘Many are new to yoga and feel vulnerable because of the life stage they are in. Some of my venues are beautiful, others don’t have the best aesthetics, but it is the warm nurturing relaxing feel of the classes that are so important.'

‘Somehow Zoe worked her magic on all the yoga class photographs. The special lighting and ambience are captured; the connection between those attending. The postnatal class photographs are incredible; so many unique moments to cherish between mummy and baby and those early memories.
